Tested on a live Arabic newsroom's output: 255 video posts across 4 platforms and 94 news designs, audited in 3 days.

The problem

Your newsroom runs on ten tools that don't talk to each other.

Wires in one place, decisions in a chat, production in Trello, publishing on four platforms, numbers in a spreadsheet. Every handoff loses something, and nobody sees the whole cycle.

  1. 01

    What to cover

The same event arrives from fifty sources. The desk scrolls, and the decision lives in a chat thread nobody can find tomorrow.

  2. 02

    How it's made

The card says ready. The text was approved, the design wasn't. The correction arrived four minutes after the post went out.

  3. 03

    Whether it's right

Once a post is live, nobody checks it again. A wrong name on a thumbnail runs for hours.

  4. 04

    How it performs

Four dashboards, four definitions of engagement, and a monthly report that takes days.

  5. 05

    What to do next

Editorial direction lives in meetings and memory, not where the work happens.

The problem isn't a missing tool. It's the gaps between them.

Wirio Monitor + Rooms · From wire to decision

The story finds you. Your desk decides.

Monitor watches the sources your newsroom follows. Rooms turns what matters into decision cards, ranked and summarized in Arabic, for the people who decide.

Monitor

  • Your sources, one stream. Agency wires through your own subscriptions (including Reuters Connect), Telegram channels, YouTube, X and RSS.

  • One story, not fifty alerts. The same event from many sources is grouped into one item, with how fast it is spreading and who is reporting it.

  • Ranked for your agenda. Priority weighs spread, number of sources, fit with your weekly agenda, and what your desk accepted before.

Rooms

  • A room per desk. News Room and Video Room, each with its own threshold and its own people.

  • Cards built to decide on. Headline and summary in Arabic, the sources, and one line on why it's here now.

  • Accept, reject, forward. One tap. Rejections ask for a reason, so the room gets sharper every week.

  • It learns your newsroom, and only yours. Decisions train your organization's room. Nothing is shared with any other newsroom.

  • Accepted cards become stories. They land in the desk's workflow with the sources attached, so Flow tracks them from the first minute.

Wirio Flow · Workflow accountability

See how every story reached the screen.

Flow rebuilds each story's path from the tools your team already uses, so every error has a cause and every delay has a place.

Flow

  • Every stage, timestamped. Text sent, proofread, designed, approved, edited, scheduled, posted. Read from Slack threads and reactions, Trello and Asana cards. Nobody fills in a form.

  • The path, not just the outcome. Each story is marked Clean, Design unreviewed, Text unreviewed, No review, Published before correction, or Not published.

  • Posts matched to their cards automatically. By time, duration and content, across all four platforms. No links pasted, nothing forgotten.

  • Shifts and handovers. Morning and evening desks, what each shift published, what it handed over, and what slipped in between.

  • Stuck work, surfaced. Cards waiting in Ready for hours, proposals with no decision, videos marked posted that never went out.

  • Fair team views. Output, speed and quality per person, always shown with workload and content type. Context for coaching, never a public leaderboard.

Ask

Every finding comes with

  1. Evidence

The exact words, or a box drawn on the image or frame.

  2. Why it matters

    One plain sentence.

  3. Severity

Critical, High, Medium, Low or Info, set by your rules.

  4. The fix

    Ready to copy and paste.

  5. Confidence

Below your threshold, it goes to a supervisor quietly instead of alerting the team.

  • Language

    Every word, as published

Spelling and grammar inside the design, punctuation (a question ending in a comma), incomplete headlines, a missing country, words split across lines, a name spelled two ways in one day.

  • Truth

    Says what the story says

A quote attributed to the wrong person, a number that differs from the approved text, a correction that never made it into the design, a caption written for another story.

  • Visuals

    The picture fits the story

An image from another event or place, a thumbnail that belongs to a different video, the same frame reused for two videos, an empty source line, a template that doesn't match the content type.

  • Workflow

    Published the right way

Posted before the correction arrived, a design that skipped review, the same story posted twice or already covered by the last shift, a "posted" card with no post, a late handover, content stuck in Ready.

  • Platform risk

    Safe to stay up

Graphic frames without a blur, imagery of designated groups, quotes that read as incitement, framing that adopts a side, minors shown in sensitive situations. Scored as risk, never as a verdict.

Guard measures itself. Precision is tracked for every check, and a check that drifts below your bar stops alerting until it's reviewed.

Wirio Pulse · Performance analytics

Numbers that explain themselves.

Every platform, every desk, every format in one view, with the reason behind each number and the posts that made it.

Pulse

  • One view, four platforms. Facebook, Instagram, YouTube and TikTok side by side: views, reach, engagement, retention, follows.

  • The rates that decide reach. Skip, share, save, repost, like and comment rates for every post, each marked Higher, Lower or Same against your own account median.

  • A score your team already trusts. Your existing editorial formulas (engagement, engagement rate by reach and by views, retention, hook strength, score out of 100) run unchanged, with a ranked score beside them for fair comparison across platforms.

  • What impacts your views. Skip rate, length and format, measured on your own posts, not industry averages.

  • Formats that win. Every content type ranked by median views, retention and score, so the schedule follows evidence.

  • Snapshots that age properly. Each post measured at 1 hour, 24 hours, 3 days, 7 days and 30 days. Viral posts, more than twice your median, flagged as they happen.

  • Every number is traceable. Click any figure and see the exact posts behind it.

  • Your day, your shifts. Reports follow your editorial day and shift times, not midnight UTC.

Wirio Compass · Editorial direction

Your direction, where the work happens.

  • Goals per desk.

Clean-path rate, speed, errors per 100 posts, median views. Set them, and see progress daily.

  • This week's guidelines.

The editorial line for the week, in front of the people who publish.

  • The playbook.

Style rules, names and titles, templates, platform policies. One searchable place, and the same rules Guard checks against.

Wirio Assistant

Ask your newsroom anything.

In Arabic or English: why views dropped this morning, which errors keep repeating, what worked on the evening shift. Every answer shows the posts and rows it came from.

  • Answers from your organization's data only.
  • Ask from the web app, and soon from mobile, Telegram and WhatsApp.
  • From any issue: “Ask” explains the error and drafts a rewrite.

  • Three buttons, no login. Fixed · Not an error · Ask, right inside the message.

  • Shift-aware. Low-severity items wait for the shift or the end-of-shift digest; critical ones always go out.

  • Supervisors first. In the first weeks, alerts go to supervisors only, until false alarms fall below 10%.

Every timing is a setting, per severity and per desk.

Arabic-first

Built in Arabic. Not translated into it.

Wirio checks Arabic the way an Arabic copy editor does.

  • Arabic orthography. Hamza, taa marbuta, alif maqsura, tanween: real errors, caught.

  • Names and titles. Officials, places and organizations checked against your own list of canonical spellings, so one person is never written three ways.

  • Dialect is not an error. Quotes in Egyptian, Levantine or Gulf Arabic stay as spoken.

  • Political context. Attribution and framing checks tuned for news, where the wrong name on a quote is a credibility problem, not a typo.

  • A native right-to-left interface, fully in Arabic or English, with Latin digits in every metric.

  • Your rhythm. Editorial days that start at 03:00, morning and evening shifts, your time zone.

Control and trust

Your newsroom's data stays your newsroom's.

  • A person decides

Wirio finds, explains and verifies. It never edits or deletes a post on your accounts.

  • Every newsroom sealed off

Each organization's data is isolated at the database level. Nothing crosses between customers: not data, not prompts, not learning.

  • Roles enforced by the system

Ten roles, from owner to analyst, scoped by desk, brand and shift. Access is checked on the server, not hidden in the interface.

  • Invite-only access

No public sign-up. Two-factor sign-in, required for admins. Single sign-on for larger organizations (coming).

  • A full audit trail

Every sign-in, role change, decision, fix confirmation and export is logged.

  • Your data, your terms

Set how long data is kept. Leave, and it is deleted in full. Built with data-protection laws such as GDPR and KVKK in mind.

Platform tokens and API keys live in an encrypted vault. They never appear in the interface or in logs.

Your AI, your budget

Powerful AI, with a spending limit you set.

  • Managed by Wirio. We run the models for you, inside a monthly AI allowance in your plan.

  • Or bring your own key. Connect your organization's own Claude API key and pay your provider directly.

  • A hard cap, per organization. Set the monthly limit. At 80% Wirio switches to an economy mode; at 100% it stops, never surprises.

  • The right model for each job. Fast models sort and classify, stronger ones check images and attribution, the strongest handle sensitive cases.

  • Cost you can see. Spend per module and per day, on one screen.

Your content is never used to train shared models.

FAQ

Questions newsrooms ask us

01Is Wirio an error-checking tool?

It's the system your newsroom runs on: monitoring, editorial decisions, workflow, quality control, performance and direction, connected. Catching and fixing errors is one of the strongest reasons newsrooms choose it, because Wirio sees the whole cycle that produced them.

02Does Wirio post or edit anything on our accounts?

No. Wirio reads your published posts and suggests fixes. A person on your team applies them, and Wirio confirms the change.

03Do we have to change how we work?

No. Wirio reads the tools you already use: Slack, Trello and your social accounts. Nobody pastes links or fills in forms.

04How fast does it catch an error?

Our target is 90% of posts checked within 3 minutes of going live. Instagram is checked every minute, since it offers no instant notification for new posts.

05What about false alarms?

Every finding carries a confidence score. Low-confidence findings go quietly to a supervisor, and alerts start with supervisors only until false alarms fall below 10%. Each check's precision is tracked.

06Is it only for Arabic?

Wirio is Arabic-first and fully bilingual. English-language newsrooms and desks are supported from day one.

07Who sees what?

Each role sees only its scope. A journalist sees their own alerts; a supervisor, their shift; leadership, the whole picture. Access is enforced by the system.

08Will it judge our people?

Wirio shows where errors enter the workflow so teams can fix the process. Every individual number appears with its context, and there are no public leaderboards or automatic penalties.

09Is our data used to train AI?

No. Your content is isolated to your organization and never trains shared models. You can also run Wirio on your own AI key.

10Which platforms are supported?

Facebook, Instagram, YouTube and TikTok at launch, with Slack and Trello for workflow and Telegram and Slack for alerts. Asana, WhatsApp, X and agency feeds follow.

11Can Wirio tell us whether a post will get a strike?

It flags content that carries policy risk on each platform and explains why. It is a risk estimate, not a ruling by the platform.

12How long does setup take?

You connect your accounts and tools, and Wirio backfills the last 30 days.

13What does it cost?

Plans are priced per newsroom, not per seat. Founding newsrooms get founding pricing. Talk to us.
